CABINPUMP Powers Efficiency at £118M Home Bargains Distribution Centre

On projects where scale, speed, and safety intersect, smart infrastructure makes all the difference. That’s why we were proud to see four CABINPUMP units in action during the £118 million internal fit-out of the new Home Bargains distribution centre in Warrington — a major development led by Bowmer and Kirkland Ltd.

As designers, manufacturers, and distributors of CABINPUMP, we understand the operational demands of large-scale construction. For a site accommodating over 200 personnel daily, our effluent pumping systems provided a cleaner, more efficient alternative to conventional under-cabin waste tanks.

By eliminating the need for regular tanker visits, CABINPUMP units helped reduce operational costs, improve on-site safety, and remove the odour issues often associated with temporary toilet facilities. The result? A smoother, lower-impact welfare solution that supported uninterrupted progress on site.

Beyond the build, this project will create over 1,200 new jobs and deliver lasting benefits to the local community — values we’re proud to support. We’re honoured to have played a part in such a transformative development and look forward to continuing to enable excellence in construction logistics
