At HMP Bullingdon in Oxfordshire, the constant in-and-out of effluent tankers servicing construction site toilets was clogging up more than just traffic. It was costing time, money, and putting added strain on tight security protocols. HMP Bullingdon in Oxfordshire is a large facility accommodating both adult prisoners and young offenders. As part of an ongoing expansion project, five secure vehicle checkpoints were established to support the construction of a new accommodation block and workshop.
